Cap/Gown

Seniors will receive cap/gown and announcement information at the mandatory Senior AT on Tuesday, October 13th with our Jostens representative.

Jostens will return on Monday, November 16th & Tuesday, November 17th during lunches (11:07am-12:55pm) to collect orders from students in person. Seniors, please be sure to visit the Jostens table in the lobby those days to place orders. Your payment to Jostens for your cap/gown/tassel, and any other items you decide to order from Jostens, should be paid at the time the order is placed.

Senior Dues

Senior Dues are a $20 payment to the school that we ask of all Seniors. Dues cover the cost of the class gift, flowers, and other graduation expenses. Senior Dues can be paid either by cash or a check made out to Colchester High School and will be collected by Ms. Krista in the front office. If for any reason you cannot pay your Senior Dues, please reach out to your class adviser Mr. Scheuch or Mrs. Pedrin.

Senior Debt

Some seniors have unpaid debts to the school. Unpaid debt includes: lost school/library books, lunch accounts, senior dues, and athletic uniforms. These debts must be paid in order to participate in the graduation ceremony. *Seniors with unpaid books and/or other financial obligations will not march at graduation. * Seniors with debt will receive a breakdown when they receive the senior letter in April.

Photos for Yearbook

All senior portraits (and other senior section photos) are *due by Friday, November 13th, 2026*.

Seniors have the option to submit their own portraits. If they choose to submit their own, portraits should be submitted electronically (in .jpg format) through the Jostens Website, using THIS LINK

All other senior content, including senior quotations & messages, must be submitted via the Google form that will be emailed to students at the start of the school year.

If you are unable to submit any photos electronically, you may put a hard copy in the drop box in the main office; yearbook staff will scan the photo and return it to you. Photos can also be sent to chsyearbook@colchestersd.org.

Pre-Order Your Yearbook

Pre-ordering yearbooks will be open soon! Stay tuned!

There are two ways to order a yearbook:

• Use your credit or debit card to pay online at https://www.jostens.com
• Write a check made payable to CHS, and submit it to Ms. Gagne's mailbox in the main office along with an order form (available in the main office). Seal it in an envelope and clearly label your name. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cash for yearbook payment.
